I have to say I was very impressed with the whole process, from the quote right down to the last detail. Gerald was very friendly, informative, and enthusiastic. Now I know, he's not the guy that does the work, but he knew his stuff, and was compassionate to the needs of our special needs grandson. The guys that installed the turf were quick and efficient, friendly and accommodating to someone (me) micromanaging the shape. The site looks beautiful and we are all pleased. Highly recommend!  My original artificial turf that they installed wore out after 7 years.  I had a ten-year warranty.  This company honored their warranty and replaced my artificial turf at no additional cost.

AZ Luxury Lawns was a fantastic company to work with, Gerald the sales rep was completely transparent about everything. He didn't try to pressure us, and really walked us through the whole process.  We had originally used an independent "contractor" off Craigslist to install turf in our backyard and try to save some money, and after 4-5 years it started to shed, and the product was really poor quality, and the install wasn't done right. Don't make the mistake I did, use a reputable company like this one where you know you have a 10-year warranty on both the product and the install. The crew installed it within a day, and our yard looks incredible now!

These guys are top notch! Very professional, clean, knowledgeable and I can’t say enough about the care they took while installing our turf. It was a pleasure to watch the team as they used their skill and concern for our vision of we wanted. Reasonably priced, we can’t be more thrilled with every aspect of their execution of our back yard.

Product is really good as is there installation very fast very professional. Only thing is the cost is a little more than other places. Maybe worth it for the service, extended warranty.

We recently had AZ Luxury Lawns put turf in our back yard. They were absolutely incredible- best company in Tucson that we've dealt with so far. They were prompt, courteous, thorough, and quick! They even gave us recommendations for our neighbor who already had turf for what they can do to protect it from a nearby sappy tree. What a pleasure to have worked with this company... I would absolutely recommend them to everyone I know!

We had our lawn installed on 12/21/17.  They showed up on time & got to work right away. 
When they were finished. The lawn looked wonderful. They cleaned up leaving the area better around the yard than when they arrived.

 Arizona Luxury Lawns just completed the installation of their artificial turf.  I have to say the installers did an amazing job.  The grass looks perfect in every way.  The crew was meticulous in applying the grass and cleanup.  What sold me on this company as opposed to several other artificial grass companies I talked to was the warranty on installation.  They offered a 10-year warranty as opposed to 2 years for the other companies.  It doesn't matter how long a warranty is on the material if you have to pay half of the original installed price (grass and labor) to replace it if the grass fails for some reason. The salesman, Gerald was top notch and came through with a fair price and a reasonable installation timeline.  Thank you all for your work.

 Thank you Gerald, Micheal and crew.  Work done here at our home meet or beat our expectations beyond belief.  We had 2 sections of lawn and pavers installed about 6 months ago and they knocked it out the park. We just had another section installed with a  couple hiccups but they delivered again.  I  myself would look no where else for installers as we have found our place.  Will update as more projects get completed so you can see yourself.  Beautiful work and complements come in daily as people see our yard.

They just installed artificial grass at my parents' home in Tucson in Ventana Canyon and my mom said they were totally professional and polite. She highly recommends them and is incredibly pleased with the final product. Pictures speak for themselves! Beautiful lawn year round

 I highly recommend Luxury Lawns and Greens for artificial turf.  They install all jobs...large and small.  We had a 285 sq ft installation.  Many companies did not want to bid on a small job.  Luxury Lawns did a fantastic job.  The crew showed up on time, were very cordial and professional, and cleaned up after themselves!  Art and his crew did a great job for us.

Update:  Our turf was installed four years ago....and we love it.  They did an amazing job.  HOWEVER....four years later our irrigation sprung a leak under the turf.  When we pulled up the turf, we found that they had pierced an irrigation line with a spike when it was installed.  Apparently the spike finally eroded enough to pop out.  It was in a bad location and not an easy fix.  What could we do??  It had been four years.  Called the company hoping for some kind of help.  They sent a crew out here right away....and repaired it AT NO COST.  Four years later!

Now THAT is a company that stands by their work.  They are rare to find.

My husband and I had a great experience when getting our lawn and pavers installed, the crew was friendly and did a wonderful job. Our yard looks amazing.

What really prompted me to write this review was as follows. Over the holidays, our dog lifted and tore some of our grass out. We know that does not fall under warranty, so we were expecting to pay a good penny to get it fixed. As with most, holidays are not the easiest of times for us. There was a lot going on and financially this was not on our budget. I still wanted to get an estimate to see what we were looking at . We were having family come visit and wanting to see if it could be done prior (if within budget). I called Daniel to get a quote. Because of the recent rain, it set some projects back for him. I was here thinking that we were just going to get a quote. However, Daniel said that he was not planning on giving us a quote, he really wanted to get someone in there to fix it. I could not believe that he was offering to not only fix it, but to do it before our family arrived. Daniel made sure someone got in there and fixed the turf before my family came in. He did it even though he was set back and the week before Christmas!!!

Daniel, thank you so much for your great customer service. I know it was probably not an easy time but you really came through for our family during a difficult and stressful time. Words cannot express how much it meant and how grateful we are to you.

 If you aren't going to read this entire review, here's the bottom line... this company was amazing beginning to end.

I called 5 companies and Art was one of two that actually picked up the phone. The other company didn't want to take my information and instead ask that I fill out their online form. Art answered the phone, and we made an appointment for him to come see the space and give us a quote. He barely needed to sell us on the company. He is thoroughly knowledgeable about the product (made in the USA) and the installation process and exhibits a quiet confidence in their ability to satisfy their customers. We appreciated his professionalism so much.

Our installation was almost 800 sf. The crew showed up on time and worked their butts off (for lack of a more eloquent description) all day. They performed services that we didn't even think about... trimming the palm branches that would have been dragging on the turf and placing stone along the edge of the turf (at the end of the job) that wasn't their responsibility. They thoroughly cleaned up after themselves... unless you count the ONE Taki that our dog found and devoured, and we're not counting that.

Art arrived at the end of the day to check out the installation and go over the contract one more time. 10-year warranty, people! Like I said, amazing beginning to end. Complete professionals!  I'm so glad those other companies didn't answer when I called.

AZ Luxury Lawns did an AMAZING job of installing artificial grass & pavers in my backyard. Daniel was a true professional, & his crew worked meticulously and continuously to create a beautiful landscape for me. Indeed, I waited years to do something with my backyard because I knew that I wanted the money spent to go toward creating a lovely peaceful environment which I could then enjoy for years to come. I now have that and am ever so thankful!!

Wow. This company is super responsive. I reached out a few times while reviewing the quote and Gerald was amazing. He always responded so quickly and provided a helpful clarification/answer to my question. Very much appreciate that responsiveness. In addition he was right on time for the quote and we are excited to see the final product once installed.

We are so pleased with the gorgeous transformation Arizona luxury lawns made to our yard. This was previously a dirt patch and now it is a stunning focal point of our yard. Our little dogs love it. Gerald came out to measure and discuss options and came back when we wanted a small change. Gerald was super patient with us and our dogs and made the whole experience positive. We live our new lawn and recommend Arizona luxury lawns to our friends and neighbors.

Arizona Luxury Lawns and Greens installed the most beautiful three hole putting green in our back yard.  Gerald Baker is nothing short of outstanding.  He is attentive to all needs no matter how minor.  He is always available and always returns phone calls when he is in meetings with clients.  Their installers are nothing but the best.  They are very considerate and are very attentive to detail.  Their work is excellent and they leave no mess unattended.  Even in the midst of Covid they were able to get the job done despite shortages.  The quality is excellent, from product, to installation.  They did such a great job we decided to use them again to install some turf around our pool.  Maggie is so thoughtful and helpful and again, I cannot say enough about Gerald and the installers.  I strongly recommend them.

I had Arizona Luxury Lawns install artificial turf in an 800SF area of my back yard.  I found their pricing to be very competitive.  The four-man crew showed up exactly when scheduled.  The job was not easy as there were no straight lines on the perimeter of the area.  The job was completed in about six hours.  The guys did a complete cleanup.  The finished product looks great.  I would use them again!

After all the rain this year our lawn looks like the day they installed it a year ago

I could not be more impressed with a company than I am with Arizona Luxury Lawns. I needed the turf by a specific date and they managed to fit me into their busy schedule. Then the rains came and they decided they could not install because it would not be good for the longevity of the product. They could have installed and I would never have known but they showed real care for me as a customer. They came back over the weekend but could not install. Eventually on Monday they completed the work and it is BEAUTIFUL! It looks amazing, the service was incredible and the level of professionalism unsurpassed. They would not leave until it was perfect. I could feel the pride they have in their work. I love this company. Thanks.
